Fighting for Fairness: Exposing Impropriety in the Region IV Election

Dear Region IV Brothers and Sisters,

I’m writing to you today with deep frustration and anger. During this election, Mr. Struck and his team have repeatedly and blatantly violated the legal guidelines for our union elections. These aren’t just minor infractions—they are serious breaches that undermine the very foundation of a fair election and a direct violation of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (29 USC Chapter 11). I am disgusted by their illegal tactics, including the misuse of union and employer resources. This behavior is dishonest and a personal attack on all of us who believe in fairness and integrity. It’s clear that Mr. Struck and his team are willing to cheat and bully to retain power - people like this have no business representing you or any of our members.

I won’t stand for it. This isn’t about losing or winning; it’s about calling out the malfesance that has no place in our union. The violations, starting on July 3, 2024, and continuing through August 7, 2024, were brought to the attention of Mr. Struck, yet the violations continued without any remorse.

Let me be clear: I will challenge the results, and the violations of federal law. I will continue to fight for what is right, stand up to bullies, and do everything possible to ensure you are represented. Mr. Struck and his team have shown they are willing to betray our trust and undermine the very principles of our Union for their gain. They are unfit to represent anyone in this Union.
